RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA#). Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Start a Return
1) Submit a Return Authorization request ticket
My Account > Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund. You will receive a reponse withing 24 to 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number.
2) Return Authorization Number
Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization number, write the Return Authorization # clearly on the outside of the package. You can find your number in the subject line of your return submission email. If you’re returning products from multiple orders, please submit a return request for each order and write the Return Authorization Numbers clearly on the outside of the package.
3) Get Your Return Ready
Place new and unused items in the original packaging or other plastic protecive wrapping before packaging/boxing your return. You may also include your Return Authroziation Number printed or written on paper along with your item(s) before sealing the package.
4) Ship Your Return
Ship your package to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number. Drop off your package at a nearby shipping location of your choice. Customers are responsible for their own non-refundable shipping costs. Rhino Wear is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery (item delivered to you). You will have 14 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 14 days, the Return Authorization Number will expire and a new ticket submission will be required.

Processing & Refunds
Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes (prorated to the number of units being returned).
Refunds, Exchanges, Store Credit
When submitting a Return Authorization request ticket you will have the option to select Refund, Exhange, or Store Credit.
Refund (to original form of payment)
Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.
Store Credit
Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. If you have requested a store credit, you will be notified via email once the store credit is issued.
